By employing our Paperless Invoicing program, you agree to receive your monthly statement and/or all invoices electronically. You have the right to receive paper communications and can cancel your Paperless Invoicing agreement at any time. To request a paper copy of your invoice or statement, contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-286-5335 or email us at e-billing@williwaste.com.

It is important to update your email address when it changes, so we can communicate with you in a timely manner. You can update your email address by contacting our Customer Service Department at 1-800-286-5335 or by emailing us at e-billing@williwaste.com. If our attempts to notify you via email are unsuccessful, we will resume mailing paper communications.
